Intel has named its Crescent Island product the D-Series GPU, a server accelerator based on Xe3P and intended for AI inference. TechPowerUp reports an Intel-branded configuration with 160GB of LPDDR5X, while partner-built cards can be equipped with up to 480GB and 1.5TB/s of bandwidth. The product is rated for up to 1.3 petaflops of FP8 compute in a 350W air-cooled PCIe card. The unusually large LPDDR capacity is notable for an accelerator, though pricing and shipment volumes were not provided.
