Montage begins mass production of DDR5 clock driver rated up to 9,200 MT/s

Montage Technology has announced mass production of its CK01P DDR5 Clock Driver Plus. The company says the part is designed for CUDIMM, CSODIMM, CQDIMM and CAMM modules and supports data rates up to 9,200 MT/s. Its listed operating options include single-PLL, dual-PLL and PLL-bypass modes, while programmable channel delays and disableable unused outputs allow system-level configuration. The announcement describes component capability; it does not establish shipping volumes, adoption by module makers or retail availability.
