Nvidia Introduces Custom NVHBM for NVLink Fusion Designs

NVHBM combines a custom base die and physical interface for accelerators in Nvidia's partner ecosystem. Nvidia says it can deliver 30% more bandwidth while using 15% less power than commodity HBM4E. The plan extends Nvidia's platform influence into the memory interface used by custom AI silicon. Commercial timing, participating suppliers and independent validation were not disclosed, so the figures remain vendor targets.
