HBM faces renewed scrutiny as AI memory bottlenecks persist

HBM remains the premium memory category for AI accelerators, but the industry is still questioning what comes next. More importantly for RamTrend, it says SK hynix also acknowledged that HBM is not a final solution for AI memory bottlenecks. That does not weaken near-term HBM demand.
