Rambus said second-quarter revenue reached $207.4 million, up 20% from a year earlier and above its guidance range. Product revenue was $99.2 million, rising both sequentially and year over year. The compact payload does not break out unit shipments or specific customers, but Rambus is directly exposed to high-speed memory interface and security IP used across server and data-center platforms. For RamTrend, the result is a secondary signal rather than a DRAM price datapoint. Stronger product revenue from a memory-interface supplier is consistent with ongoing investment in advanced memory subsystems, especially where AI, server, and accelerator platforms need higher bandwidth and more robust signal integrity.
