Lexar's CXMT-based DDR5 listing does not deliver a cheap-memory break

The pricing detail matters more than the product itself. If CXMT-based retail DDR5 appears near premium kit pricing, early supply may be constrained, positioned for margin, or carrying qualification and branding costs that prevent immediate discounting. That weakens the assumption that Chinese DRAM automatically creates near-term consumer price relief.
