Samsung Prepares Value-Focused 990 NVMe SSD

The listed details point to a PCIe Gen 4 x4 M.2 client SSD with 1TB and 2TB capacities, an in-house controller, and no DRAM cache. The endurance figures also suggest Samsung may be using QLC NAND rather than the TLC NAND used in higher-end models.
