Microsoft's RTX Spark laptop highlights 128 GB unified memory designs

Tom's Hardware reports that Microsoft's Surface Laptop Ultra uses Nvidia's RTX Spark Superchip and can be configured with up to 128 GB of unified memory, alongside Arm CPU cores and a Blackwell GPU. The key RamTrend signal is capacity. Client AI machines with large unified memory pools can lift DRAM content per device far above conventional notebook configurations.
